This week we will be launching our new Coffee Brown. This craft beer, made in collaboration with award winning Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, gets its back bone by using Maris Otter as the base with a triad of chocolate and crystal malts, which impart a smooth and rich malt character. We infused that with a special Kenyan Makwa coffee using a cold extraction method. The coffee imparts dark fruit, chocolate, plum, and blackberry jam characteristics. It has an Alc by Vol 6% and will be available in our tasting room and on tap around town this week!
