Sales Operations Coordinator

Saint Archer Brewing Co. is currently looking for a craft beer loving, detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our San Diego team. As the Sales Ops Coordinator, you will act as the liaison between Sales, Distributors and Supply Chain responsible for product inventory management and coordinate projects end-to-end with sales, marketing and production. What you’ll be doing:
• Receive, process and update distributor Sales Orders
• Maintain close contact with distributor partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience and timely information on order status
• Communicate with Director of Sales and Sales Market Managers to accurately meet product needs by market
• Apply given forecasting and internal strategic goals to guide distributor ordering and avoid distributor out-of-stocks or long inventory
• Seize opportunities to up-sell and avoid unnecessary cuts on received Sales Orders
• Price post with the state accurately and as directed by the Senior Sales and Supply Chain Manager and Director of Sales
• Manage TTB approval process communicating progress
• Maintain organized records of region initiatives, managed chain wins and losses, monthly business objectives, new item launches, and distributor
• Support product authorization process, including VIP item management and owning the Saint Archer Product Info Sheet
• Create and disseminates daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed by the Senior Sales and Supply Chain Manager
• Manage Orchestrated Beer Distributor Portal logins and updates portal catalog based on seasonal transitions, business changes and active SKU’s by Distributor
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Sales and Supply Chain Manager

What you need for the role:
• Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing or other relevant field
• 2 years of progressive experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a brewery or beverage industry
• Passion for beer!
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Experience with databases and ERP systems
• Experience with Orchestrated Beer, preferred
• Data analysis and business forecasting skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and well-organized
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet changing demands
• Self-starter, results-driven, ability to work independently
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Little to no travel
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
